Carpets:

The first 200 sq. ft. is $110.00
All additional sq. ft. are $0.25/sq. ft. vacant, $0.28 work around furniture, and $0.30 move most furniture.
Stairs are $2.00 each

Carpet repairs are $110.00 for the 1st hour. Then, $60.00 per hour, prorated, for additional hours.

Upholstery:

*Note if there are back cushions there is a $5.00 to $10.00 extra charge

3 person couch - $95.00 to $100.00

Loveseat - $65.00 to $70.00

Stuffed Chair - $35.00 to $45.00

Chairs - $10.00 to $25.00

Ottoman - $10.00 to $15.00

Sectionals are divided into 'couches', 'loveseats', and 'chairs' added together

Deodorizing, spot removal, and spot dyeing are prorated $60.00/hr. with extra trip charge if no other work is being done in the same trip.
