When we clean your carpet or upholstery we always measure and give you a price before we start. We mention any possible extra charges that we may need to charge. We always begin by vacuuming the carpet or furniture. People are always surprised at how much more dust, lint, and pet hair my vacuum can get up. Next, we spray the carpet with a solution to loosen the dirt and oils. Then, we clean & rinse with the truck-mounted "steam machine". We do any areas that need more work again and again as necessary. Some spots will need to be treated and rubbed with a towel. our goal is to get the carpet as clean as we can, not to do the job as fast as possible.  Finally, we put the furniture back and brush or rake the carpet to smooth the tool marks and footprints out.
